The Blog is a hub for everything Tedd’s Health and Fitness. It’s here that you can read up on the latest news and announcements surrounding the gym, whether it be new equipment, new additions to the team or just the weekly Tedd’s fix!
Expect blog uploads on a weekly basis, and depending on what’s happening at Tedd’s, you could see multiple posts a week. The Tedd’s Blog has a job to do, and we understand the assignment.
