Sunday the 18th September 2022 saw our very own Tedd take to the professional bodybuilding stage once again, hungrier for first place than ever before. Hosted by the Physical Culture Association (PCA), Theo and his team travelled down to London with the intention of putting on no less than the show of his life.
Over the past few months, Theo has been on the path to recovery following a major operation that put him out of commission. A major surgery to anybody with a health and fitness goal can be totally detrimental to morale and can have a serious impact on motivation, and Theo was no different. However, after getting the all clear he dug deep, hopped back on the horse and came back with a vengeance, setting off on an unstoppable course for bodybuilding victory.
On Sunday 18th September it was game day, after a grueling day of painstaking waiting and anticipation, it was time to take to the stage. Months of prep, mental and physical discipline, and a fundamental dedication all led to this moment.
Famed for being the most beautiful stage in bodybuilding, Tedd graced the PCA stage along with his fellow competitors later that evening. After a spectacle of a show, when it all boiled down to the decision of the judges, Tedd’s own Theo Scorer emerged triumphant. Theo put on a dominating performance, he came, saw, and conquered the stage, leaving with a long awaited, precious first place award.
Like a phoenix from the ashes, Tedd was able to overcome the hardships this year had conjured up, use that, and give it a new purpose. When it really came down to it, Theo wasn’t competing with anyone else on the stage but himself.
We are all immensely proud at Tedd’s to be able to showcase the journey of our very own Theo Scorer. We bask in his victory and we’re convinced it’ll be only the first of many in his pro career. Not only do we care deeply about our own here at Tedd’s but we can’t help but use stories like this to spread a positive and inspirational message.
